Pain keeps us from doing what sustains us in life, our work, our play, and can drain our energy. I’ve spent many years practicing and studying to help people get out of pain and to be able to enjoy their lives. I’ve had much experience with injury myself from a long history of athletic pursuit and other endeavors so I have benefited first hand from the power of body work to help heal. Assessment of the issue or issues can be one of the most challenging skills and I pride myself in having the curiosity and the background knowledge as well years of experience to investigate a problem. I enjoy a puzzle and am truly concerned to see that someone gets better. I use many techniques including treatment to the specific injured structures, structural awareness and nervous system calming to decrease pain and increase function.
